Louisiana Premier Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency that has access to numerous insurance carriers. Our focus is on providing individuals with multiple options when deciding on the insurance coverage that best meets their personal or business needs.
Our History
Louisiana Premier Insurance Services was born out of a need to better serve automobile customers at Team Honda and Team Toyota in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As the General Manager of these two successful operations, Preston Petersen sought to further expand the services available to their customers by providing them access to an agency that can quickly and effectively provide them with insurance services while in the process of purchasing a vehicle. While this idea was taking shape, Jimmy Campbell was in the process of selling his home care franchise where he developed an expertise on long term care insurance while providing in-home care for long term care insurance policy holders. With his interest in using this expertise to assist people in the financial services industry, these two mutual ideas merged to form Louisiana Premier Insurance Services, creating a wealth of knowledge deeply rooted in experience from multiple industries.
